As we know, a programming field is endless and to stay in the market, we have to update our self on regular basis. You can't be an excellent programmer just by reading some books and taking intern from the company. To become an expert in programming, you have to be expert with your thoughts, ideas and will have to put them into lines of programming, because programming means implementing the real time solution. It’s not just read the programming book and type the code on the screen, we have to implement our ideas by our self to get the best solution. Coding can be done by anybody but to become an efficient programmer we have to step up to the higher level. Here I’m not blaming to those programmers who are working so hard to achieve their target, but coding only for achieving the target is not enough to become a successful programmer. I have seen many programmers given their 8 to 10 years in the programming but still they get failed when there is a task for implementing the program with fast performance, because to get the performance we have to understand the computer working from inside i.e. how the memory holds the instruction, how the instruction passes from one location to another etc. This is the main difference between an ordinary programmer and a successful programmer. A successful programmer always thinking beyond the target to achieve the best.
