English summary: The development psychology has submitted many findings on binding behaviour. The guide summarizes the research on the importance of binding characteristics in different stages of life as well as the results of clinical and binding research to mental and physical disorders. Its importance for prevention and for psychotherapy in different treatment settings is shown in particular.
